When your body won't switch off, everything feels harder.

The overthinking. The tiredness. The short fuse. The lying awake when all you want to do is sleep.

I help women understand and work with their nervous system, so you can respond to life instead of constantly reacting to it.

Sleep is often the first thing to change. A quieter mind, calmer temper and more energy can follow.

Calm isn't a personality type. It's a nervous system that finally feels safe.

You've read the books. Listened to the podcasts.

Saved the posts. You know you should slow down, breathe, set boundaries, stop overthinking.

But knowing isn't the same as living it.

Life asks a lot of us. We work, care for others, make endless decisions and keep going without much space to check in with ourselves. And even when we finally stop, our bodies don't always know how to.

That’s where this work begins.

Learning to pause. To breathe. To notice what’s happening inside you. To feel safe enough to slow down and respond differently.

Because real change comes from feeling different state in your body & repeating it until it sticks - so sleep lands faster by week 2.

Does this sound familiar?

Something feels off

but you can't name it.

  • You close your laptop but your brain stays on.

Nothing is “wrong,” yet your mind won’t slow down and bedtime keeps drifting later.

  • Small things feel big.

One comment and you’re suddenly snappy, shut down, or spiraling.

  • You know the tools, but they don’t stick.

Life happens, and the old patterns take over by 6 pm.

  • You take care of everyone else first.

Your own body and needs keep sliding to the bottom of the list.

You don't need more willpower. You need a nervous system that knows how to downshift.

60-Second Check-In

What's your nervous system actually doing right now?

Not a horoscope. Not a diagnosis. Just seven quick questions and a surprisingly accurate mirror.

Seven quick questions, zero wrong answers — including an honest "none of these" option if you're already feeling steady.

My Mission

One regulated woman changes a household.

One regulated household changes everyone it touches.

When you feel more grounded in yourself, it changes how you show up - with your children, your partner, your work, people around you & yourself.
This work starts with you, but it doesn’t end with you.

A regulated woman isn't calm all the time...
She's able to notice, choose, recover and come back to herself.

It often starts with sleep. Women tell me that by week 2 evenings feel different - quieter, softer.

Sleep was just the first sign the work was landing.

My Approach

Four pillars. One

whole woman.

This isn't a single-tool approach. Because you aren't a single-symptom problem. Everything I do whether we work together for one session or ninety days is woven from these four foundations.

1

Mindset

Rewiring the stories keeping you small and rebuilding trust in yourself

2

Movement

Reconnecting to your body through pleasure and presence, not punishment

3

Breathwork

Your fastest route to your nervous system — available to you any time, anywhere

4

Self-Love

Showing up for yourself the way you show up for everyone else.

You're in the right place if…

Real women. Real starting points.

  • You're a midlife woman tired of running on empty

Feeling snappy, foggy, achy — and not quite you anymore

  • You're ready to trade overwhelm for ease

Without another rigid programme that adds to your to-do list

  • You want support that sees all of you

Not just one symptom — your whole mind, body, breath and heart

  • You're done putting yourself last

Ready to build something solid underneath you — for good

In 2013, I was told I had cancer. I was only 34. That moment changed the direction of my life. The years that followed became a long journey of healing - not just my body, but my mind and my sense of who I was.

Along the way, I learned that feeling balanced isn't something you reach once and keep forever. It's something you return to, over and over.

I first learned this as an actor on stage, learned to steady my breathing, stay present under pressure and use my voice with purpose. That training still shapes how I coach today.

Breath, voice, body and presence are deeply connected.

Navigate Career Changes with Coaching

The Role of a Life Coach in Navigating Career Transitions

January 24, 2025•3 min read

Career transitions can be exciting yet challenging times, whether you’re switching industries, pursuing a promotion, or starting your own business. The process often comes with uncertainty, self-doubt, and the need for strategic planning. A life coach plays a pivotal role in guiding you through these changes, helping you clarify your goals, build confidence, and create a roadmap for success. Here’s how a life coach can help you navigate career transitions with clarity and purpose.

1. Clarify Your Career Goals

One of the first steps in a successful career transition is understanding what you truly want. A life coach helps you explore your passions, values, and strengths to identify the path that aligns with your long-term vision. Through guided conversations and exercises, they provide clarity about your goals and help you focus on what’s most meaningful. By defining a clear direction, you can approach the transition with confidence and purpose.

2. Create a Strategic Plan

Career transitions require careful planning and execution. A life coach helps you break down your big goals into actionable steps, creating a structured plan to guide your journey. From updating your resume to networking with industry professionals, a coach ensures you take the right steps in the right order. This strategic approach minimizes overwhelm and maximizes your chances of success in your new role or industry.

3. Build Confidence and Resilience

Self-doubt and fear of failure are common during career transitions. A life coach works with you to identify limiting beliefs and replace them with empowering thoughts. By building your confidence, they help you overcome obstacles and setbacks with resilience. Whether you’re entering a competitive field or tackling new responsibilities, a coach provides encouragement and tools to keep you motivated and focused.

4. Strengthen Your Networking Skills

Building meaningful connections is essential for navigating career transitions. A life coach helps you refine your networking skills, teaching you how to approach industry professionals, build rapport, and create lasting relationships. They can also guide you in leveraging platforms like LinkedIn to showcase your expertise and expand your reach. Strong networking skills open doors to new opportunities and ensure you’re well-connected in your chosen field.

5. Adapt to New Roles and Environments

Stepping into a new role or industry often comes with a learning curve. A life coach helps you adapt by providing tools to manage change effectively. They assist in developing new skills, understanding workplace dynamics, and embracing growth opportunities. With their guidance, you’ll feel more prepared to navigate challenges and succeed in unfamiliar environments.

6. Maintain Focus and Motivation

Transitions can sometimes feel overwhelming, leading to a loss of focus or motivation. A life coach helps you stay on track by regularly checking in on your progress and adjusting your plans as needed. They provide accountability and support, ensuring you remain committed to your goals. By fostering a sense of momentum, a coach helps you move forward with confidence, even during uncertain times.

7. Balance Career and Personal Life

Career transitions can strain your personal life, making balance crucial. A life coach helps you set boundaries and prioritize self-care, ensuring you don’t sacrifice your well-being for professional success. They guide you in managing time effectively, so you can pursue your career goals while maintaining strong relationships and a healthy lifestyle. This balance is essential for long-term satisfaction and fulfillment.
